I am a USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, and Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) certified coach.
Although most of my training is run specific, prescribed fitness training may include swimming, cycling, and High Intensity Interval Training evolutions, depending on participants abilities. At Hype or Die Endurance Club (HDEC) we take a calculated approach to hitting the pavement until we achieve our goals, and we have a blast doing it!
I personally love running, and endurance sports altogether. Training others to reach and exceed their goals and expectations is beyond rewarding. I thoroughly enjoy helping other people become better versions of themselves.
