Working with Jordan was been very productive with proven results. Jordan has been exceptionally adept at listening to stated goals, discussing strategies and accomplishing primary workout/overall health objectives. He is a pleasure to with and he is well versed in physiology and exercise technique while remaining safety conscious when working with a previous injury. I would strongly recommend Jordan Tank for fitness training who, in my experience, is able to balance motivational energy with pragmatism for a client to reach their fitness goals. Just don’t attempt to mess with my time slot!

I have been training with Jordan now for 3-4 months. As a 43 year old endurance runner, I was starting to have some significant issues with general knee and back pain. Jordan has brought a lot of focus and new styles of training that have helped me focus on things like increasing flexibility and playability muscles tendons and joints while also helping me significantly improve core strength, which has translated into overall better running form and stability on rocky and uneven trails. I am winning races again and have even been able to avoid slips and falls that I know (prior to training) would have taken me to the ground. Jordan could probably honestly be a physical therapist. He has a broad base of knowledge and experience and always seems to have his eyes on finding new and innovative ways to help his clients hit their individual goals. I am looking forward to the off season away from races this winter so that we can double down and make more gains and preparations for the 2024 race season.

As a former athlete and Army veteran, fitness has been a huge priority in my life. Prior to my time spent with Jordan, I would even say I had great foundational knowledge when training my body for my personal goals. I reached out to Jordan to help establish new regiments after spending a decent amount of time away from the gym. Immediately, Jordan was quick in prioritizing my personal concerns, and this happened before the monetary conversation. Jordan was extremely assertive and informative from the very beginning. Little did I know, much of the previous workouts/regiments that had been apart of my previous fitness habits had been limiting my success. Jordan helped in correcting much of my form and prioritizing the foundations of fitness. As previously mentioned, I would consider myself pretty coherent in regard to fitness, but Jordan provided a much deeper understanding and informative stance. During all of our workouts (including many I had never heard of), Jordan made sure that we were operating in ways that were safe for the body while still improving strength. In the time I spent with Jordan, my posture improved, I gained muscle mass, and strengthened muscles I had previously been able to isolate. These were the goals I had prior to meeting with Jordan, and he helped me meet them in a short amount of time. Outside of the workout-knowledge provided, Jordan is an extremely informative and assertive individual. He really cares about the success of his clients and it is obvious that fitness is his passion and not his work. This makes the experience feel much more personal and in turn, influences more success. If you are looking for a trainer that will cater a regiment specifically to your goals in a way that is safe for long term fitness, informative, and produces results. Jordan is your guy.

Jordan is absolutely the best! I'm so glad I inquired with him about my fitness journey. He responded quickly to my initial message and then set up a phone call so we could get to know my needs and get more comfortable with the whole process. The first session was free just to make sure I was happy with his style. Which I absolutely was. You feel comfortable and motivated. I've been losing weight steadily and becoming overall healthy in my day to day living. My only regret is not getting started with him a long time ago. Worth every penny! I can't wait to see how far we go!
