I Hired frame the moment for my daughter's 6th birthday. From the beginning planning stage, Michelle made the process so simple for me. She was very outgoing and professional. She really went the extra mile to personalize every detail and match her Photo Booth service to my party theme. The day of the party being a hectic time for me, frame the moment went above and beyond! Not only was the owner present for the event but all props were arranged in a beautiful organized manner! My daughter had special "birthday girl props" we had time to get some shots in as a family before everyone stormed the booth! Michelle knew how to take control of the process and how to keep order in a very exciting moment full of 40 kids all under the age of 6 plus the adults! She made this fun for all ages. They were there on time and had every detail worked out. Frame the Moment made my daughters party. I will be using them for all future events and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a Photo Booth!!

Michelle at Frame the Moment came through for us at the last minute when another company fell through. She was quick to respond, very easy to work with, and explained all of her services clearly. We were able to choose the colors for our photo strip and back drop, and were able to design the text and image at the bottom of the strip. The photo booth she provided was a whole bunch of fun, with lots of props geared toward our crowd. We had the scrapbook option, which gave us with a beautiful book with a copy of every photo strip taken and handwritten notes from our guests. Michelle also sent us a link to a collection of every photo strip and original photo from the night. I would highly recommend Frame the Moment to anyone looking for a fun photo booth for their event.

Before the event, I only corresponded with Michelle via email. While she was enthusiastic about my event, knowledgeable about the service and helpful with assisting me with my selections, I was still just a little weary because I had not yet met her in person. I am thrilled to say that she was just as great! Throughout our entire event, it was clear that her goal was to make us happy with her service.
