- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices are competitive in the market and always try to adjust the values to the service proposed by the customer, my prices of deep cleaning are different from the prices of the regular cleaning the house of the customers, always thinking about it, I end up giving a discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I remain friendly to new clients always, trying to be providing flexible schedules to both parties within my schedule, and established time schedules are all welcome to know my work done with love and care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at a cleaning company where I got all my training how to do my job and how to serve customers satisfactorily where they feel comfortable.
