I liked everything about this company. They were extremely flexible with me as, due to unforseen circumstances, my date changed "many" times. When they came to clean the house I wasn't there as I had moved away and I was sent pictures of every room. The work was impeccable via the pictures. If my real estate agent disagreed she would have let me know.

While they were very sweet and professional I was not at all satisfied with the quality of cleaning for $150 for 2 hours. I had to run the vacuum in the middle of the floor due to dust and other debris remaining. When I reached out they simply said that was par for the course for a standard cleaning and that $150 for 2 hours is acceptable because the cost of cleaning supplies has gone up (which I don’t doubt, but other companies are still quoting less for 2 people per hour. White Glove was most expensive at $45/hr for two people). Attached just a few of the photos.

Glenda is truly the ultimate. Her attention to detail is second to none. I waited to submit a review because our experience has been that the quality and care drop off after a little while. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of cleaning services needed as well as by sq. footage of the office. We customize each quote. When we are hired the first cleaning is free of charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk-thru of the office/building/house to discuss their cleaning needs. Once, hired we communicate with the customer to follow up and make sure we are meeting their cleaning needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with 2 cleaning services before I started my own. This gave me my experience and not to mention how I was brought up by my parents when I was a kid. :)
