Pratishtha is an amazing yoga instructor. She is always mindful of students needs and comes very well prepared for the classes. Very professional and responsive. I have never done yoga but in the past one year, have grown to enjoy it and look forward to the next class.

I have been practicing with Pratishtha since Jan 2026. I signed up for her class without expectations as I had little experience with Yoga. I found her demonstration of various forms easy to follow. Her mastery of the art is obvious, her teaching style is suitable for beginners and veterans alike, and she brings a historical sense of yoga's beginnings that reassures you her method is fundamentally proven and sound. Her class is a workout, but also fun.

As an older male looking for both flexibility and strength-building in my workouts, Pratishtha's Yoga practice has my full recommendation.
