I specialize in helping individuals and couples with life decisions and also moving out of uncomfortable or disheartening situations. I help them to find their direction in life to make it more meaningful, to improve their relationships, to achieve a better balance, and to gain clarity in figuring out the next steps. My "from-feelings-to-actions" program will show you what you have to do to find inner guidance and a more fulfilling life. In each session, we will figure out what you can do in your daily life to feel better. There is a specific plan of action. It's different from what you usually do, but consistent with what we are discovering about you and what you want. I'll teach you to "read" the messages that your feelings are sending to you, and I'll gently push you and support you through your new and exciting journey. You're going to love to explore new territories in your life and discover what you really want. These apply for both individuals and couples. My clients constantly tell me they feel confident from knowing that they're always on the right track, or that they will find it if they get lost again. After working through my program, they've developed skills to go beyond their fears and unpleasant feelings and get the life and relationship they want.
