Material cost is always a plus to know about before asking about pricing.

Professional introductions goes a long way. Making the customer feeling as comfortable as possible while explaining a project and really getting into conversation. Constant communication is key before, and during any project as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything is through experience. Really getting out there, doing the work and learning from any mistakes fast is what brought me to the higher level of craftsmanship.
