What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the fence materials at cost (I don't upcharge you). You simply pay the supplier directly for the materials, and then I charge for the labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a walk around your property so I can get a good idea of where you would like the fence to be. If you don't already know what type of fence you would like, I will give you a few options and make recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally been putting up fences for over 10 years.
