We used Imperial cleaning service for the first time for our apartment and we're very happy with their work. They were kind enough to email me on the morning of the cleaning to let me know their arrival time and they arrived on time! They were very friendly with our dog, which was the main reason we switched cleaning companies, since we had other cleaners who weren't comfortable being left alone with the dog. We'll definitely use Imperial Cleaning again!

Excellent experience with Imperial Cleaning and its owner, Tony. If you're looking for a quality rug and upholstery cleaner, please consider this business. We requested a sofa sectional and area rug cleaning; he accommodated us on short notice, was prompt and responsive, transparent in his pricing, which was also very fair, and did a really nice job. He even offered to throw in an extra sofa for no charge because he had leftover cleaning solution.
