A hole in my roof caused significant problems to a second floor bedroom. E&B went the extra mile to insure it was repaired before the next rain — arriving at 6:30 AM to do the repair.

Provided a description of the problem and job. Came promptly to my home to provide an estimate. However, never got the estimate. Job was to repair a small roof leak. Was clear about this. Was asked later if I wanted to repair where the leak was or the entire roof even though I had said I just wanted to repair where the leak was. At that point I received no response. Ten bucks for caulking and an hour of my time, my leak is now at least temporarily fixed. If my job was too small, just tell me so I can make other arrangements before the next rain. I don't think that is asking for too much.
