About this pro

General Contracting Final Pick Contracting specializes in Kitchen and Baths and designs and layouts its a personal approach we take with our customers excellent services working with our customers and all our subcontractors communication is what sets us apart from all the rest by far we answer our phones, emails text we fix problems and stand by our work and our word reputation is everything to us we do a lot of work in the South-End of Boston and downtown and if you have every done a project on your home or building I don't have to tell you then the number one problem with contractors is the lack of communication. our customer tell us all the time about the nightmare they have had or the last project they did. Its the same old story 1. her ran off with the deposit check 2. he never answer his phone or emails 3. I ask him to change one thing and it turned out to be the biggest problem. 4. he never came back and finish what he said he was going to do !!. 5 I started to notice thing missing around my house . 6 I cant get this guy to work one full day and if he did he did not show up for the rest of the week . I can keep going all day we hare not perfect however we have been in business for a long time and we have repent customers that tell us thanks for doing a good job!. Many things!! one of them I mite say is meeting some real nice people and working in some really nice homes and buildings doing some design and layout work witch is a fun part about the business making everting come together and look nice. Something I take great pride in I get to work with the people I like and thing do good work I'm costly learning new things about remodeling all the new products they have out now. So may great products flooring marble, cabinets, body sprayers just all kinds of cool stuff

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not,. its difficult to do so a new bathroom can cost $7000.00 to $20.000 so I don`t want to mislead anyone I will be more than happy to meet with any customer go over the project and give them the best price I can
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Set appointment with the customer so we can go over the project in person take a look at the building or home wear the job is being done. That way there we both can get to know each other exchange information so we can communicate easy put a face to it. Then we will wright up a estimate, then if its something that they wont to move forward on. I will ask them for a time line go over the project with a little more detailed turn it in to a contract may be meet up again have them sign it get a start date and a deposit check and we are off and started it will be a constant collaboration between the customer and Scott every step of the way to make sure we are all on the same page in till we are finish and you love the job
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a license general contractor with a lot of experience on job training and a lot of different styles of Bathrooms, from a make over to a high-end body sprayers music seen enough to make sure we get it right for my customers.
