Peter is truly exceptional at everything he does, and I really couldn't be happier with the work. I brought him into a framed and boarded remodeled bathroom that I wasn't sure had been done correctly. He was able to fix issues like bowed studs and a poorly pitched shower floor, things that many others (including my previous contractors) might have ignored. He understood what I wanted in terms of design, and the tiling work is just beautiful, even, and flat- no small feat in my very old house! But beyond that, because he explained things to me as we went along and was happy to work with me on things, I know that what's under the tile was done just as well. You almost can't put a price on that kind of peace of mind, but Peter's was definitely reasonable and well worth it.

My shower is absolutely beautiful! Peter and his team exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Pete was such a pleasure to work with, and the quality of his work was outstanding. He arrived when he said he would arrive, completed the job on time, and left the work area in excellent condition. We have gotten many compliments on how great the bathroom looks. The house is 100 years old, and Pete worked with us to come up with some creative solutions. Fantastic job. Excellent price! We called Peter to tile our master bathroom shower on a short notice. He got back to us right away and with a great quote. He got the job done in a very timely manner and even came back to install the last piece when we measured it incorrectly and had to reorder it. It was very pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend him for any tiling needs. His work is beautiful!

Tile Masters just recently completed our master bath. Peter's work is outstanding. The size and placement of the shower changed considerably mid project and Peter professionally adjusted to the change and worked well with the other contractors to deliver our desires. Things can be different then imagined when you actually see them so he always confirmed our wishes for the positioning of tiles and placement of niches. The shower is 4 by 7, glass enclosed with granite along all the edges. It looks fabulous, as does the flooring in the rest of the bathroom. I hope to have him back to do the kitchen and will most certainly recommend him to friends.

Our pricing is determined mainly on a couple of factors. For the most part jobs are either priced on square footage or time, price of materials are incorporated into our price, if we are providing them and often there are extras that will be listed as line items as needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to meet on site with the customer for a consultation. We offer any design ideas and guidance necessary to help the client achieve what he or she is looking for. We then prepare an estimate and provide dates for the project. that best suits everyone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I entered the construction field at a very young age right out of high school and learn the art of my trade from another season professional. And I continue to educate myself with all the latest technology and products that are available on the market today.
