Our front stairs were just replaced/fixed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The workmanship was outstanding from start to finish. Alex was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail, ensuring the project was completed to the highest standard.
The stairs are solid, beautifully crafted, and better from what we envisioned. Alex and his dad kept the work area clean, communicated clearly throughout the project, and took pride in their work. We are still waiting for the installation of the railings but the part of the project Alex was responsible for is done. Thank you for a job well done!

Kruti came on two of the hottest days of the year and still did a great job repairing my wall. Overall, the experience with Alex and Kruti Construction was very positive. Alex continued throughout the work they performed to be very responsive, accommodating to our needs, and diligent throughout the day to complete the project in a timely fashion while still upholding the quality and standards of a "job well done." Remodeling our front steps was no easy task with road blocks that arose in typical nature of an old New England home, and Alex communicated every step of what needed to be done with me to remain fully transparent and honest during the job. Alex has a level of kindness, meticulous nature, responsiveness, and professionalism that one would hope for when making any changes and/or additions to their cherished home. In the end, the steps he and his father created were beautiful and I was very happy with the result.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is based on quality workmanship, proper site preparation, and long-term durability—not shortcuts. Every project is priced according to the scope of work, materials selected (granite, pavers, natural stone), site conditions, and the amount of labor involved.
While I may not always be the lowest price, I focus on delivering strong craftsmanship, clean finishes, and results that add real value to the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with an initial consultation where I meet the customer, look at the space, and discuss their vision, budget, and timeline. I listen carefully to understand exactly what they want—whether it’s granite steps, a walkway, or a back patio—and offer professional recommendations based on experience.
Next, I provide a clear, detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project and handle proper site preparation, including excavation and base compaction to ensure long-term durability.
During the project, I maintain open communication and keep the job site clean and organized. After completion, I walk through the finished work with the customer to make sure everything meets expectations. My goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
