- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending on number of people, timing and the number of photos that you’d ultimately like. After the shoot, you get to view a gallery and select your favorites. If you want to order prints too, I work with some of the best printing labs in the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know a little bit more about you and those who will be in the photo. For example, if your child is a little camera shy and needs some encouragement, I love to know what types of interests he/she has and what I can do to make the process an easier and more successful one. If you’re a couple and you’re looking for a specific look, I welcome examples of what you’re looking for and can even guide you on style and colors of clothing for your shoot. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for Panasonic back in 2009 and was lucky to receive my first DSLR camera. It was then that I began truly taking a shot at photography in a more thoughtful way. It wasn’t until 2017 when people began to request me to take photos for them on a more regular basis, that I decided to dedicate more time and resources to truly doing it in a way that would expand my skills and interest.
