- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing system , and the reason for that is you have to price each roof accordingly, some Roofs are walkable and easy , some are extremely steep and require staging . I can't charge both home owners the same price per square , when one needs staging and requires time and the other I can walk on and be finished in half the time . It all depends on the time and difficulty of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the new customers needs is always where we start . We never push 101 different items on our customers to buy , we figure out there needs , and set them up for a leak free home for years to come .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'am a third generation Roofer , I have been trained by my father and Grandfather who are still working today as we speak !
