- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to negotiate prices with my customers. I will stay within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If feasible, I meet with customers at my home or theirs or in a local coffee shop or school setting. Otherwise, we communicate via email and texting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a Master's and Ph.D. in Linguistics and taught communication and communication disorders at the college level for many years. And, perhaps most relevant, I am, and always have been, an avid reader.
