Victor and his team did a fantastic job in finishing my basement. He is very professional, punctual and to the point. He comes with immense experience in the construction business and will tell you right away on what can and cannot be done after patiently listening to your ideas and thoughts. He sticks to the original schedule and tries his best to avoid any kind of delays. If any of his team members come across any issues, they are instructed to report to him and resolve it and not involve you unless needed. I would definitely recommend him for any kind of construction/redevelopment work.

Baystate stayed with us through complicated permitting and did great work on not one but two projects. Both were fully completed to our great satisfaction. Always reasonable when additional costs were required due to our expanding the scope or finding hidden conditions in our renovation. We always felt we were treated fairly and with great care. Baystate gets my highest recommendation.

After years of planning the building of a garage and one false start, we finally found Victor. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable about design and construction and great vision for the project. Victor and his team did high quality work with Victor being there to supervise . He is meticulous about the finished product and demands that from his team. I observed how at the end of every work day the site was left swept clean and tidy. Victor was very easy to work with. We were away during part of the construction but Victor talked to us every day, reported on the progress and sent pictures and videos. We were in constant communication. He is an excellent problem solver and got me through some decisions and situations that inevitably came up. He made the process stress free! Victor took great pride in his work and his excitement for the project was right up there with mine. The finished product is high quality and beautifully built

We are absolutely in love with the transformation Baystate Group Builders completed in our home. The quality and standard of service is and had been top notch from the day they started to the day of completion. Victor and team listened to our needs and adjusted accordingly throughout the process if needed. Victor always addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately, they where always detailed oriented and always cleaned up at end of each day, that was a plus with a house with 4 kids. Out of all the estimates I got, Victor was honest, very straightforward and easy to work with. I was amazed by his construction knowledge, work ethics and his ability to foresee complexities and plan ahead. He was flexible and reasonable with our additional demands and changes. Victor and his team were very family friendly and able to deliver on-time with amazing quality and with all proper inspection and approvals. The scope of work and delivery includes entry way, kitchen remodel, completely remodel master bath, new closets, another new bathroom, finished basement and few additional updates around the house. We can't believe how he managed and made it so easy on us. Throughout the project, He never missed his scheduled time that he used to communicate days ahead. We were able to do remote work, kids remote school and on top Covid-19 challenges while work was progressing. We really liked his ideas and everything he touched. Victor definitely beat our expectations by miles. We will be happy to hire him again anytime in future without any hesitation.

Victor is a graduate from Wentworth Tech with a construction management degree. He started as a laborer for a large construction company in Boston and worked his way up to a Construction Supervisor for 24 years. He holds the following licenses: CLS, HIC, Electrical Journeyman, Hazmat.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working with my father at a very young age.
