- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, we ask prospective clients to schedule a free, no-obligation consultation with one of our small business experts. This quick 30-minute call lets us learn more about your goals and challenges while discussing important filing deadlines, compliance requirements, deductions, and tax strategies. This allows us to match you with the right team and services to efficiently address your financial needs as you focus on growing your business. As a new client, you will participate in a trio of calls that help set you up for maximum tax savings. The initial discovery call is designed to gain more detail about your business. During the call, your advisor will: –Provide an overview of the Portal. –Explore your entity classification election. –Present tax compliance deadlines and other items required to keep you compliant. An advisory call will follow 1-2 weeks later, and a quarterly business review call will conclude the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our certified public accountants have more than 17 years of experience on average. They must pass a rigorous exam, among other distinct educational requirements, to obtain their license. Once certified, they participate in continuing education courses to ensure their skillset is sharp and current so that they can best serve your business. In addition to our certified public accountants, our team comprises highly trained bookkeepers, enrolled agents, and payroll experts.
