Jamie rescued my Quickbooks from chaos so I could do my taxes. She's a very pleasant and responsive person to work with. There was some confusion around meeting the deadline, of which I was partially to blame of course. So there's room for improvement in communication on both our parts. But in the end she got it done and I am grateful.
