- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chef Pierre decided to create his own personal chef service when he met Jasper White in California, who told him he could find him a job if we moved east. So we moved east, and he couldn't find work anywhere. He had already created the concept of a personal chef service long before anyone else, and his partner, who had a background in marketing, just told him that he needed a strong direct marketing effort and voila--Le Chef Mobile was born.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Recently, our Frapas (French Tapas) Menu is the most popular. Maybe because we use local ingredients and small plates, so people can sample a variety of different appetizer-style plates, this is probably why. Also, our Frapas Menu works well for wine tastings, where light food is usually required.
