- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge fair price based on our expense. We give 10 year warranty to our workmanship if anything goes wrong because of our installation we will bring solution promptly for free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule inspection, explain to our customer what is wrong with the house or it is fine, show our presentation about what step will be if they want to work with us, singed contract, pulling the building permit, delivering dumpster, demo, building the project with manufacture instruction and according to building code. Finish punch list, clean up well and at last take a selfie with happy customer.
