We were really anxious about picking the right construction company to do our major remodel on our home. We had seen their work on a couple of our friends homes and loved . Im so glad we decided on CAN after interviewing other construction companies. We took our time and never felt rushed with their design-to-build process. We were nervous hearing from so many other peoples stories regarding contractors (not CAN) not showing up when they say they are but that was never once the case with CAN. Our project took about 3 1/2 months and that was about the time frame they gave us when we first started. We will definitely be using them for the 2nd stage of our home remodel when that time comes. They stayed on budget with what was originally quoted.

Rocky is the guy for your job! Hes worked on both my home in Somerville and my rental property in Jamaica Plain. Hes expert at the work and thoroughly cleans up the site. He did perfect work on my gutters, aluminum trim repair, and even cleaned out and recapped a bathroom vent. He took the time to seal properly no shortcuts. Hes reliable AND fair priced. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge fair price based on our expense. We give 10 year warranty to our workmanship if anything goes wrong because of our installation we will bring solution promptly for free of charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule inspection, explain to our customer what is wrong with the house or it is fine, show our presentation about what step will be if they want to work with us, singed contract, pulling the building permit, delivering dumpster, demo, building the project with manufacture instruction and according to building code. Finish punch list, clean up well and at last take a selfie with happy customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
