These guys are the real deal. Their communication was the best I've ever had with a service provider like this, got update texts and photos and I always knew what was going on. They also wanted to start work immediately. I hired them to demo a sunroom and deck that was a story off from the ground. They brought a large team and was able to leave the work site SO INCREDIBLY CLEAN that I couldn't believe it, all done within 1.5 days! Also worked through pouring rain. They were slightly more expensive than others independent folks, but I am so happy I chose them. Fully insured too. They were careful separating the sunroom roof from my house so that there was no damage. Richie is a great project manager. You won't regret hiring these guys, I definitely would again and I have pretty high standards. A few footings were very deep and they said it would be tough and more expensive to remove so we made the decision to leave them in.

These guys are very professional. I inquired about my apartment demolition. They took care of business and made it possible for my complete remodel in as little as a few days. Very professional, and easy to work with. I am extremely satisfied with my service and strongly recommend.

Excellent Demolition Company, they did an extraordinary job, I had a garage that I wanted to get rid of and was looking for a trustworthy company, I found Demo X and they were very professional and easy to communicate with! They finished the job on the date they told me, and the task was completed efficiently and cost effectively. I highly recommend Demo X and will hire them on my next project !

Completely satisfied with the removal of our shed. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up the site before they left. We had good communication with the company from the initial contact to the completion of the project.
