- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical workflow for securing a date would include a conference call to outline event options and to confirm information to send out a work order, contract and planner. Making your first payment secures your date. Your second payment is due two months to your event and your last payment would be due two weeks to your event at which time we would be wrapping up pre-production. Congrats!
