Willy was fabulous. Fabulous. First of all, his response time was excellent. Secondly, he was polite, professional, and he honestly cared about his service. He repaired our dryer, after needing to order parts, and he was on point with everything. He is a delightful, caring, conscientious man, and we will not hesitate to ever ring him again for more work. We loved him.

Willy was great; he problem solved until he found the root cause of our dishwasher’s issue ( the control board that wasn’t connecting correctly, causing the dishwasher pump not to work). I think a lot of guys would have shrugged their shoulders and recommended buying a new dishwasher, but Willy was persistent and brought it home to solder it. It works great now! Will be using his services next time we need help with an appliance.

I needed the hinge springs replaced on my LG dishwasher. Willy responded within minutes of submitting my request, offered to come by that same afternoon, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem (sure enough, it was the hinge springs), installed the new parts, and provided some maintenance tips for future reference. I was impressed by his communication, professionalism, punctuality, and overall value. I would not hesitate to have him do more work on my house! Thank Willy!
