Neil was very responsive to my inquiry. In order to provide “emergency” assistance, he moved his schedule around in order to accommodate. We were beyond appreciative. He reviewed our situation, gave an honest assessment & gave us an estimated rate. Thoroughly impressed with Neil. He may be a bit more expensive but after meeting with him - I knew... we might pay just a little bit more than another but the job will get done RIGHT! You get what you pay for is how I see it...and who wants to skimp on electrical work or appliance repair! We have definitely made Neil our go-to guy!

Neil was great! He came over on short notice and completed our washer/dryer install on a Saturday evening and did a thorough job quickly. Was very friendly and responsive throughout the process. We will call him again for any plumbing needs!
