- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all budgets to create a pressure free environment. We are transparent about cost and make particular materials recommendations based on the budgets provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a consultation with the client. A client, in most cases, will receive an estimate electronically the same day. If the client would like to proceed with services, he or she simply fills out the forms and hits submit. We then submit their purchase orders to the closest or selected home improvement store and get to work immediately. At the end of the project, a client does a walk through with the project manager to ensure everything is completed to their satisfaction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have engaged in safety training programs with The Home Depot in the past. Most of our advisors have 10 to 15 years of experience in the field, so clients can ensure that there project is being completed at the industry standard!
