Amy C. says, "Lingo contacted me right away to talk to me about the job. I wanted to have a toilet replaced and a bidet seat installed. He explained that he could order the toilet or I could and he would pick up. So I ordered. He came the following day to install. He and his work partner took the new toilet out of the box and realized there was a crack. So they returned it for me and came back in a few days. The second time they tried to install, after removing the old toilet, they realized Home Depot had given them the wrong toilet size. So again they had to go back for a third time. Finally installed the toilet for me and we agreed upon a fair price for all the extra running around they had to do. It was frustrating for them, but Lingo and his partner took it all in stride and stayed very professional. After all that, they even drove back after they left to bring me the bidet seat manual when I realized they had taken the box it was in."See more

Maria R. says, "Alex came and check my tank which was under warranty but i couldn't get ahold of the plumber who installed it. Alex was on the phone with the manufacturer for a while, tested everything, told me that if i get a plumber from the manufacturer to come, they'll do the fix for free. No plumber wanted to do the work under warranty. So i called Alex again and he did the job charging a reasonable rate per hour, got the parts, installed the gas valve, and what was the best is that he came on a Friday night because he knew he wouldn't be able to come Monday or Tuesday from the following week, so as soon as we found out the manufacturer wasn't going to help with anything other than the parts, Alex got us set up with hot water ASAP"See more
