Maia deVere says, "Why didn't I do this sooner? I finally got my home insulated and I had a great experience with SeeAir. I highly recommend them. I used my phone to record the targeted areas and received a 3-D rendering of my house with all of their proposed work. Scheduling was easy. They coordinated ALL of the MassSaves program work, the permitting, the (unexpected) removal by a licensed electrician of some old electrical wiring, and even the venting of a bathroom vent that a prior contractor hadn't completed properly. My project was not easy, and they did a great job! I was very happy with the service and support I received at every step of the process. It was still winter temps when they did my project and I could immediately feel the difference. Plus my house seems quieter to outside noises. I chose to have the insulation blown-in from the inside (vs having to repaint/repair exterior siding) and I could see how thoroughly they insulated. I'm looking forward to seeing how my heating and AC bills will be reduced. I highly recommend SeeAir!"See more

Charles White says, "In December 24, I noticed water leaking from the bottom of my furnace. I called Excell and was connected to Emily in the office. She connected me to Ethan who was out on the road. I sent some pictures of the leak to Ethan at his request a bit later two technicians from Excell came to the house. They looked at the situation and diagnosed that I needed a new valve inside the burner on Tuesday. I even showed up with a new valve to install. It turned out he didnt have the proper washes in the box. Apparently the replacement valve does not come as a kit in the wash has had to be ordered separately. Ethan came in the next day to review the situation and found the same with that. We had an order five washers which were only available in Hancock Maine all this took place on Friday and the washers couldnt ship out till Monday morning. Emily found that the washers were on Cape waiting for delivery Monday afternoon and they showed up Monday afternoon. Ethan promptly came to the house and installed the new valve with the proper washes and as of 2 oclock yesterday, I had heat and hot water. Ethan did a great job was communicative through the whole job and Zuzu was great help. I was very pleased with Ethan and Zeuss work."See more

Kirk M. says, "Woke up to 20” of snow, freezing temps, and the downstairs heating system blowing cold air. Called Jay and with emergency conditions with snow coming out to the house was going to be expensive. He offered to help me troubleshoot it over the phone. Solved the problem and got our heater working again. Stayed on the phone to make sure the issue was resolved. Excellent service and ownership!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would."See more

Stanley Staco says, "I contacted Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Services on a Sunday evening through social media after a newly installed indirect water heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within the promised time window.Unfortunately, the first technician crew sent were overwhelmed by the issue. After taking photos he repeatedly presented authorization forms and charges before even explaining the problem or proposed solution if any would even be viable. Despite being informed that an electrician had already verified the wiring, he kept suggesting and pushing that the issue is electrical and he clearly uncertain about the next steps.To Addario's credit, once the situation was escalated, a supervisor quickly recognized that a different skill set was needed and reassigned the job to another team. The replacement technicians were outstandingprofessional, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repairs and costs, and worked diligently for several hours to restore our hot water. They also took the time to explain follow-up recommendations to prevent future problems.The final cost was close to $900, which is significant, but given the emergency nature of being without hot water, I needed the issue resolved quickly. In the end, the second team earned this review and turned what was becoming a frustrating experience into a positive outcome."See more
