Charles White says, "In December 24, I noticed water leaking from the bottom of my furnace. I called Excell and was connected to Emily in the office. She connected me to Ethan who was out on the road. I sent some pictures of the leak to Ethan at his request a bit later two technicians from Excell came to the house. They looked at the situation and diagnosed that I needed a new valve inside the burner on Tuesday. I even showed up with a new valve to install. It turned out he didnt have the proper washes in the box. Apparently the replacement valve does not come as a kit in the wash has had to be ordered separately. Ethan came in the next day to review the situation and found the same with that. We had an order five washers which were only available in Hancock Maine all this took place on Friday and the washers couldnt ship out till Monday morning. Emily found that the washers were on Cape waiting for delivery Monday afternoon and they showed up Monday afternoon. Ethan promptly came to the house and installed the new valve with the proper washes and as of 2 oclock yesterday, I had heat and hot water. Ethan did a great job was communicative through the whole job and Zuzu was great help. I was very pleased with Ethan and Zeuss work."See more

Anthony Nardi says, "I cannot express how grateful I am to the people at Brookside. After a week long trip, I came home at 11:00pm Jan 31st to a 48 degree house and a pool of water in my basement. After calling a handful of different companies (who were less then helpful) I landed with Brookside.Sunday Feb. 1st: Attikan came out and spent a long time troubleshooting my boiler. He was thorough and meticulous about checking each part of the system to rule things out, making sure each part was running as it should, communicating to other parts accordingly, and getting the right amount of power. Attikan didn't just blindly replace parts, he was patient, walked me through everything he was doing and answered all my questions along the way. After we determined the boiler system was operating as it should, we found a blockage due to a frozen pipe in one of my heating zones. Attikan was conscious about the 'after-hours' rate I was being charged and we decided to call it a night and he would try to get someone back the next day. That was really nice of him to think about that for me.Monday Feb 2nd: Dave (who Attikan, had been on the phone with at one point the night before) came out with two other guys, both named Alex, to address the frozen pipe. I think Dave could tell that, as a new homeowner experiencing this for the first time, I was anxious about the situation I was in because he was positive the whole time. He immediately started to make a plan for heating the pipes to melt the ice and restore water to the loop. When we found a leak, Dave fixed it in minutes. Dave also explained everything along the way and answered all my questions. For certain things, he would call me over to the boiler to show me what he was doing and why he was doing it. They had to order a part. Once they received Orien promptly came back and got everything in working order with no more leak. Extremely professional and very kind. I am now on a maintenance program with Comfort Air Services so that I don't have to worry about issues in the future!"See more

They hauled out the old and installed the new! No more water heater! From start to finish a great experience. They took the extra care to cover our flooring and when it was completed they cleaned up and you didn't know they were there. Our forced hot water system is top notch and we have hot water on demand.
