Introduction: I am a Kripalu Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor looking to shed knowledge and guidance to anyone in search for holistic/alternative healing through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Kaveri was so amazing! She made me feel comfortable in talking about my health (judge free zone). She showed up to our meetings on time, and made it super easy for us to connect. She was super responsive to all of my questions and her health evaluation on me was super helpful to my wellbeing.
