Terrence was incredibly responsive and even came out within a few hours of reaching out. Worked very fast and incredibly friendly and professional.
Details: No large items to haul • Mixed trash • Enough to fill one pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

It was a pleasure working with Terrence and I highly recommend his business and expertise to all.
Terrence exceeded expectations in his role as an Assistant Property Manager. He offered guidance, and developed a rapport with all residents. He was reliable in a crisis. He was creative when finding solutions to a problem and steps up when someone is absent to ensure that his team’s production flow remains steady.
He had the ability to think outside the box to improve our processes and find solutions to improve efficiency. Terrence was always hands on and willing to work hard to accomplish a goal. He is an asset to any company and I would definitely work with him again.
