I just finished my first month of training and must tell you that Geoff is great and is a true trainer! I've seen changes in my body and feel great. He also runs grocery runs and meal prep classes for his clients which are educational- he goes over what to look out for, ingredients to avoid, etc!

I worked with Dana 3+ days a week for over a year at Norcal Crossfit. She is an intelligent individual and a fantastic trainer. After only a few sessions mobilizing and working out with Dana, I was experiencing tremendous results in my physical fitness and improvements in my pain levels caused by a previous work related injury. She does a wonderful job explaining every exercise or stretch and insures everyone understands how to complete the movements properly. In addition to my physical fitness, Dana also gave me plenty of nutritional advice and provided me with countless resources. Whether you are looking for nutritional information or physical fitness advice, Dana is the person to consult. Carol ran a CPR BLS course that I took. As a physician who has taken this course before, I can confidently state that her "version" is the best I've taken yet. It relies mostly on AHA content, but her communication skills make the difference. She stresses the most important points in an efficient method, with plenty of time left for questions and practice

I went to see June to talk about my digestive issues. Foods seemed to just sit in my stomach. June felt I was not digesting food properly. She discussed with me ways to improve my digestion through diet ( including eating fermented foods, re- populating the gut), supplementation and food combining ( what foods to eat together and when). June is very knowledgeable about food and how the digestive system works. I immediately saw results. She gave me the tools to not reach for over the counter products to relieve indigestion. She also suggested recipes. I recommend anyone needing help with digestive issues to contact June. Symptoms diminished and others were resolved through her suggestions. From talking to June I have a greater respect for food and the way it nourishes and heals if we listen to our bodies and take the time to eat in a calm unhurried manner. With all the information out there about what to eat for health, you can get confused as to what to eat. This can cause stress. June is like a encyclopedia of diet information and she is willing to research what she does not know.June also emphasized how much stress affects digestion. I had the pleasure of working with Renee for nutrition planning and personal training. She is extremely flexible as far as whatever level of fitness and training you are at in your life. She also knows the human body and how muscles work and the best form for each exercise. She is very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Especially an older guy like me who needs help with certain workout plans!

    I initially came to Pete because I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knee and I was having extreme difficulty in walking. He did an initial consult, listened to me, tested my movement and flexibility, and then created a program that was specific to me. We met two to three times a week and after about four to six months, I was able to walk without minimal pain and I felt so much better. I highly recommend Pete because he's a really good trainer and puts in the time with each client. He creates specific programs, tailors each plan to the client's needs and always forwards information that will help that person with their goals.

    I have been affiliated with Liz and Tri Heath for the past two years. Liz's number 1 goal is to help her clients get the results they want. She often goes above and beyond to make this happen. Liz does all of the regular health coaching that you would expect, such as meal plans, weigh ins, and consultations, but she is special because she develops a bond with those that seek her assistance. Liz truely cares about those she works with. She is always trying to motivate clients by making difficult tasks such as weight loss more fun. Clients that have met with Liz have lost 30+ lbs. Through her coaching and support, these clients have also learned a new way of life that is happier and healthier.
