I fully enjoyed working with Shanell; from our first conversation through event day. She was extremely responsive and professional. She prepared very an exciting and robust roster of resources for participants. The session was part of a corporate conference offering and I wanted to ensure that we got the right person. I ended out with two instructors and Shanell was one of the instructors and she ideal choice. She kept the session very engaging and participant at all levels were able to participate in a very meaningful way. I highly recommend Shanell for her amazing yoga practice and dedication to the profession.

We had the pleasure of working with Shanell during a Barbie themed bachelorette weekend in Newport. Shanell arrived to our Airbnb with mats for our morning lawn yoga/meditation session. She even brought pink and purple mats to go with the theme, and developed a fun and calming experience for us girls catering to the bride as she prepares for the upcoming nuptials. Shanell’s vibes and personality were just what we needed to kick off our weekend. We had some first time yoga 🧘‍♀️ girls in our crew and they all thoroughly enjoyed it - we all took something away from the experience. The champagne toast at the end topped it off, much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend Shanell for future group classes, she’s the best at what she does and super personable. Thank you again! 💖

Shanell visited us for a bachelorette activity and I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely wonderful our experience was with her!! She was able to incorporate our theme of friendship and love through the yoga practice/meditating and was the exactly perfect person to join us on our trip. She was so kind, genuine, responsive when we had questions ahead of time, and brought the perfect amount of energy to our group. Shanell was able to not only reach us on a physical level but seemed to also mentally tap in to our group and adjust her session to us. We non-stop talked about how amazing our experience was the rest of the trip and how she really set us up for an amazing time together. Her treats and yoga card reading at the end of the session were above and beyond and unexpected in the best ways. We appreciate her time SO much and I would highly, highly, extremely highly recommend her to anyone!!! Thank you Shanell 🩵

Shanell was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and had clearly read my advance request to take a gentle approach with my elderly sister and me. She explained everything clearly. She brought a little meditation piece into it--just right. She was prompt, professional, warm, and friendly.
