- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here's where our pricing starts, so there are no surprises. Bridal hair (updo) starts around $275 and bridal makeup starts around $250. Guest hair starts around $150 and guest makeup starts around $175. Travel is $50 for 0-10 miles, $75 for 11-25 miles, and $100+ for 26+ miles. Clip-in extension application is included at no extra charge, and a 3% processing fee applies to card payments. Your final price depends on your services, party size, and travel, and we will generate a custom quote so you are fully aware of what you are getting. Quotes are good for 10 days; after that, pricing may increase. To book: a $100 deposit books and holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event, which is the lead time our payment processing needs to clear. If your event is less than 7 days away, the balance is due at booking. If a balance deadline is coming up and we haven't heard from you, our team will reach out to get it sorted. We can also offer a payment plan upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generate a quote that looks good to you! Quotes are good for 10 days. Your $100 deposit books and holds your date and gets the matching process started. The balance is due 7 days before your event (or at booking, if your event is less than 7 days away). Our glam squad hand picks pros that match your requests, style, and location. Present the matches and get your trial and event day locked in. Dispatch our pros to your location for comfortable glam experience. Finally our pros bring out your beauty and vision to life to make feel you and your crew feel confident on your wedding day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our pros are all vetted and go through an onboarding process to be able to be a BeautyLynk pro. We also have BeautyLynk academy were stylist can get extra certification to recognize red flags for at risk folks mixed up in bad situations like DV and trafficking.
