Introduction: Do you have difficulty in geometry, calculus, algebra, and pre-calculus? Mathematics is not a subject everybody loves. Understanding a new concept is not the same as memorizing a formula. I tutor math with patience and creativity, finding new ways to explain a confusing concept until you can not only apply it to the problem at hand, but to all problems of a similar nature.

Christine is one of the best teachers I have ever had.
I set up an hour and a half session with her in order to receive help with a math project. However, Christine stayed with me for close to 5 hours to make sure that I understood why and what I was doing. Christine cared about me enough to invest far longer than her committed time when I was in need of help. This is the kind of care Christine shows all her students.
Christine is open to all questions, and goes in-depth about the concepts behind the problems (which helps tremendously when tested).
Her care for her students and subject sets her above the rest. I completely recommend Christine to anyone, as she is a fantastic tutor!

When Christine taught me concepts from the math section of the GRE, I was blown away with her ability to speak about math in such a clear and relatable way. I am usually bogged down by just the mere phrasing of the word problem, but she was immediately able to extract exactly which math concepts were being tested and identify what tools I needed to use. Christine helped me recognize what kind of questions were being asked because she has a great understanding of math so she has a wonderful way of breaking down and explaining concepts. She does not tolerate memorization without comprehension which means I am able to apply the concepts I have learned. Christine is patient and able to clearly convey the language of math in a way that makes sense. It is important to her that I fully understand the concept before we move on so that I can apply what I've learned to similar questions rather than wasting time by tackling each question as a brand new problem. Besides being whip smart, Christine is a very kind and fun instructor that I highly recommend!

Christine was the greatest! Very helpful and flexible. Christine helped me prep for the GRE, she is very knowledgeable and is a great math tutor. She went above and beyond, sending me extra problems leading up to my exam and always checking in! I would highly recommend Christine to anyone who is looking for the extra help!
