We bought an older home that at one time had been a bit neglected and I really felt like I needed to confirm there was no sign of mold in our house, more as a reassurance. Rey was super professional, prompt, easy to talk to, and set my mind at ease. He was extremely thorough and talked us through the air testing process. Thankfully, the results showed there was no sign of mold, but if we ever have an issue in the future we would definitely contact My Pure Environment New England again. Highly recommend this company.

They showed up right on time and did a thorough visual inspection of the entire house, taking air and surface samples throughout. They then sent me back the results, with an all clean "no remediation required" recommendation which shows they are a trustworthy operator. Would highly recommend! (I also had another company come and despite seeing no visual indicators, recommend $10k in remediation and equipment)

I hired this company to remove mold from my home, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. The team was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the process. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and made sure the affected areas were completely cleaned and safe. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right, not just fast.
