To date, as clients of Attorney Russell Rosenthal; a BOSTON attorney who READILY and nearly IMMEDIATELY drove cross state to Western Massachusetts from Boston, upon receiving our random call to him regarding our PersonalInjury case, to visit with us FOR OUR INTAKE ALONE with him (there were no promises of agreement for representation at that point, so a rare and kind gesture, indeed, on HIS part AND as a Boston attorney.)
He heard us out FULLY, KINDLY, and with a seeming rare, almost innate, sense and sensibility of US AS PEOPLE, e.g. he simply seemed to just "get us," and our needs, for lack of a better way to describe his sensitivity and overall broad skill sets as an Attorney AND a human being.
