I’m Peter! I help busy professionals lose fat and gain muscle by providing lifestyle changes, cutting-edge fitness programming, and accountability.
What made you look for a trainer? If you're looking for rapid fat loss for a wedding or for the beach, I think that's great, but I'm not the right trainer for you.
My philosophy is different. I work with people who are looking for lasting change. I want you to have reasons that aren't just external. It's not hard to lose 5lbs, 10lbs, 15+lbs of fat. It's hard to keep it off, to own a changed you. So many people dive right into a workout program, put in a ton of effort, and then, maybe not even a month in, fall off. They lose motivation and confidence, and eventually end up right back at square one.
My clients are different. My clients are consistent day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month. My clients do their workouts, yes, because I make it fun and can 100% guarantee results, but because they are invested in a future, better self. That doesn't mean some unattainable ideal. My clients work hard, but also take time off. My clients will eat chicken and broccoli but have hamburgers too. I have absolute confidence that my clients can achieve a balanced, sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
This is because my philosophy is not a transactional "pay for an hour — see you next week" style of training. I hold my clients accountable, daily. I give them programs to follow, through my custom app, and am constantly changing them as the need arises. I'm always there to get them back on track, as soon as they start to fall off. Once you're invested, I'm invested.
