Hi There! I’m Peter! I help busy professionals lose fat and gain muscle by providing lifestyle changes, cutting-edge fitness programming, and accountability. I'm curious... What made you look for a trainer? If you're looking for rapid fat loss for a wedding or for the beach, I think that's great, but I'm not the right trainer for you. My philosophy is different. I work with people who are looking for lasting change. I want you to have reasons that aren't just external. It's not hard to lose 5lbs, 10lbs, 15+lbs of fat. It's hard to keep it off, to own a changed you. So many people dive right into a workout program, put in a ton of effort, and then, maybe not even a month in, fall off. They lose motivation and confidence, and eventually end up right back at square one. My clients are different. My clients are consistent day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month. My clients do their workouts, yes, because I make it fun and can 100% guarantee results, but because they are invested in a future, better self. That doesn't mean some unattainable ideal. My clients work hard, but also take time off. My clients will eat chicken and broccoli but have hamburgers too. I have absolute confidence that my clients can achieve a balanced, sustainable, healthy lifestyle. This is because my philosophy is not a transactional "pay for an hour — see you next week" style of training. I hold my clients accountable, daily. I give them programs to follow, through my custom app, and am constantly changing them as the need arises. I'm always there to get them back on track, as soon as they start to fall off. Once you're invested, I'm invested. Working with Peter was a great investment that brought a breath of fresh air into an otherwise stale fitness routine. He assessed the routine I had been doing on my own, and then created workouts that were tailor-made to address my specific weaknesses through a personalized and thoughtful plan to reach my fitness goals. Not only did I enjoy my time working with him, but I also feel that I received an education in fitness along the way that I can now utilize on my own time. As someone that had previously thought personal training wasn't worth the money, I am happy to say that all sessions with Peter were more than worthwhile. Peter is an extraordinary trainer. Beyond the breadth and depth of his knowledge, he brings an intensity of attention and passion to his work that has a uniquely impactful effect on the full range of clients he works with: young children to professional athletes to retirement aged adults. Not only have I worked with Peter personally, but have hired him to run strength and conditioning classes for my own clients, as well as referred him for personal training sessions for clients spanning the full spectrum of ages. Peter brings 100% of his attention, emotion, and intelligence to every session he runs and truly stands out in his professionalism and the impact he brings to his clients. Peter is a FANTASTIC trainer! He is extremely well educated in the industry and his knowledge base goes well beyond just understanding fitness. He takes an academic and applied approach - really understanding how the body works together, how to optimize, and how to repair & recover. If I tell Peter that something is hurting, we'll work on it for 2 weeks in ways I didn't even think would help it, but he really knows how to target the specific ache or pain. I'll immediately start to feel relief and usually the issue is gone entirely in 2-3 weeks. During my time training with Peter, I have routinely gained muscle mass while losing weight overall meaning that he is effective at replacing excess body fat with muscle. I feel the strongest and most toned I have ever been after training with Peter for 8 months. Peter does a good job customizing workouts for his client. I always feel like he has planned a specific workout as part of my overall training plan and never feel like he is just bringing the same workout to all his clients. He listens to feedback and will incorporate more of the things I like, and will try something new to target muscles groups where I didn't like the exercise as much. And through all this, Peter makes it fun! He is easy to talk to, incredibly kind, brutally honest in all the best ways, and super interesting. He cares about his clients a ton and it shows. He will always check in to make sure life and fitness are both going okay!

I heard about Lynx and Peter from a friend who spoke highly of the gym and Peter's classes. Peter's personal training sessions are very well designed, after he took the time to better understand my needs and goals from these sessions. An attentive personal trainer, Peter would focus on the small details that are key to successful workouts, instead of just going through motions and letting the clock run out. The workout sessions are effective. I could feel the progress that I was making each week. I look forward to rejoining the gym and Peter's sessions after things get back to normal.

He truly builds a fitness plan tailored to your specific strengths and weaknesses based on science and mechanics.
