I had been meaning to get some very old pictures of my mother editing for some time now but after reaching out to several companies and not getting a response, I had kind of given up on it. Last Saturday I decided to look into it again. I reached out to image restoration center for details on pricing, time frame, and wondered if the picture I had that was extremely faded could even be saved. The pictures were over 40 years old. I received a response from Kevin within 20 minutes. He provided information on pricing, process, and time frame as well as how to navigate the website. I preferred to email the pictures instead and Kevin said that was fine. I sent them over and received a response from Emily within minutes. She made sure to include the 25% off discount despite me not utilizing the website for billing and she was extremely kind. With in a week’s time I received the photos. 1 was extremely faded, wallet size, the other was pretty clear but photo booth sized. They were able to edit and blow both up to 8x10. The pictures are amazing, my mother was absolutely gorgeous and now I have these reminders of that. Honestly, they were amazing and I plan on getting more pictures done as I find them.

Photo restoration pricing starts at $34.95 for a basic restoration but can vary depending on the damage such as rips, tears, water damage, facial reconstruction, etc. Most photos fall between $34.95 and $80. We also have additional discounts for submitting multiple photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will send us the photos they would like to have restored via our website, email, or through Thumbtack. We can provide a quick and simple quote based on the photos or you can use the self checkout on our website to get a quote yourself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive experience in photo restorations and the tools that are necessary to do the work. Photo restorations are half technical knowledge and have artistic interpretations. Our team is skilled at bringing these two worlds together to create the best photo possible for years to come.
