I originally asked him to help with installing a bathroom faucet but then as I was considering the work scope I realized a vanity would be easier to repair/work with in the future. The previous owners for my house decided to glue the pedestal sink to the floor tiles. It was an impossible job. Leo showed up and helped me out big time. He removed the pedestal sink, installed the vanity and then finally hooked up the faucet. Though the scope of work changed, he was very understanding and was able to adjust masterfully. As was appropriate, he told me the pricing up front due to the scope change and was absolutely fair. It was a breath of fresh air working with him and would work with him again in the future. If you are considering working with Leo, I would highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed."See more
