Boston Property Rentals is a full service residential property management firm that specializes in condo management, single family homes and multi dwelling properties. We are an experienced team of property managers that cumulatively has over 20yrs experience in the rental market. We do property management all day... everyday! .... so we are not juggling real estate sales and some rental properties as do most companies. We are a full time property management group. Our very experienced leasing agents has fallen in love with property management and has constantly strive to give their best at all times. We do quarterly inspections of our properties... not many property management companies do that these days, but they say they will... We take pride in what we do as a company and so your feedback is precious to us. We have capitalized on the various forms of technology available on the market to keep the lines of communication with our tenants and owners open, we believe in excellent customer service. Repairs is a delicate issue and so our policy is that all repairs MUST be approved by our owners before we approve a contractor to work and the repair receipt is then emailed to the owner and posted to the portal which means there is NO Markups!
