FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Rental fees are subject to market conditions and whether the landlord pays a portion otherwise expect to pay broker's fee equal to 1 month's rent. The majority of real estate agents are paid on commission. If an agent does not close a transaction, they don’t get paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I educate my clients on the process of both buying, selling or renting from beginning to end. I provide in-depth education and walkthroughs as well as finding them the best representation with lenders and attorneys.
