"Steve represented me in the sale of my condo, and the purchase of our new home. Throughout the process he demonstrated expertise, patience, and the ability to deliver deals that were in my best interest. Boston has a market full of agents, and while many are great, I was especially impressed with Steve's empathetic approach to the job. I never felt that he was trying to push a deal through for his own benefit, but rather, that he was trying to put me in a home that I love. He understands the market, asks the right questions, ensures his clients understand complicated processes, communicates with transparency and honesty, and executes deals with efficiency. Ultimately, I couldn't have asked for better representation than Steve.

My husband and I worked with Steve to find our new home, and then to rent our existing home. In short, Steve was incredible: very thorough, *incredibly* responsive, diligent, and tactful when dealing with so many different parties. We looked for homes across Mass suburbs and in the city, and Steve was by our side the entire time: asking questions we didnt think of, following up with all parties, giving sound advice, and guiding us through every single step of the process. Its incredible how quickly and thoroughly Steve responded to our questions, chased down issues, and coordinated with so many different partners (from city officials, to developers, to agents, to lawyers, to tenants, etc). Steve reviewed all contracts, made thoughtful suggestions, and was very detail-oriented. He was a true partner & trusted advisor - really cant recommend him highly enough.

Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning of the process, Steve was always in-contact with us, and keeping us diligently informed on the current state of the volatile housing market. We were able to secure our dream home through Steve, at way below asking price, and I doubt that would have been possible with any other agent. I would highly recommend Steve for any buying/selling needs in the Greater Boston area. 12/10.

Steve did an amazing job helping us buy our first home! He thoroughly walked us through each step of the process and always made himself available to answer any questions. We were extremely impressed with how proactive and prompt Steve was with all his communications. He always made sure everything was moving along as smoothly as possible and that we knew exactly what to expect. Steve was a great partner through our entire process of buying a new home and then renting our condo. He was more then willing to travel long distances during rush hour to view properties with us and was always super responsive, thorough, and thoughtful in answering our questions. We ultimately purchased a new construction that threw us multiple curveballs during the closing process. Steve was able to coordinate with multiple parties (builder, town officials, lawyers) to make sure the deal closed! In addition to his personal efforts, all of the folks Steve recommended us to work with (lawyer, home inspectors) were awesome! Would recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent property in the Boston area!
