With all the snow this winter, I had considerable amounts of snow on my roof, that was about to cause some major water damage to my house. Steve was able to respond quickly and get out to my house before the impending rain storm. He was quick, responsive, and very reasonable. I will certainly be contacting Steve & lighthouse construction for my future needs.
