Pro couldn’t help save this particular H-P printer, but he was upfront about the likelihood that this was the case, which I appreciated. I asked him to take a shot at repairing it anyway -- not a good call on my part. I paid a reasonable amount for his taking a run at it. I'm satisfied.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$110 hr + $60 service fee +(any cost of parking)… most visits come to about $170 dollars! One of the most affordable in Boston area! $200 minimum inside and around Boston for most service calls. We offer service contracts!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We intake your Information, followed by setting up a meeting; either virtual or in person. A tech is then dispatched to your site where we resolve the issue or order parts to be ordered for a follow up visit. There are no hidden fees, everything is upfront.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A computer engineering degree from umass Dartmouth
