Paul R. says, "We had a great experience. Our furnace wasn’t working and it was very cold. I I found this provider on Thumbtack and they responded immediately. In fact they had someone at our house within 30 minutes and I was watched him as he diagnosed the problem and fixed it like within 20 minutes. I was really impressed. He told me to monitor it, and if it had any problems, we would take it to the next level, which would be disassembling one of the condenser motors or part, but we don’t need to because it’s all working fine. I called as a second opinion because another provider that was doing our annual maintenance provided a diagnostic that we didn’t believe and I’m glad I did because now the problem solved. The assessment was way more believable and I watched him work and he explained it to me. Andrey was awesome. We will now use these guys for our annual maintenance as well."See more

He didn't hesitate to wear shoe covers as the furnace in my house is on the 3rd floor. He didn't react right other HVAC experts who either asked me to replace the parts or replace the whole furnace, but checked the heat exchanger and checked the sensors to make sure they're all working fine. Finally he said that it could be a lose connection on the board, and apparently that was the problem. I was happy with his work and for a reasonable price. Thank you"See more
