- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my clients an hourly rate for accounting and Bookkeeping services, and fixed rates for tax returns. There aren't any surprises and I never charge for Consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Liisten carefully to the client's needs, go over the specific service in indetail, and answer questions, then I send out a proposal, I finalize prices, gather info as needed and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Business professional with a BS degree in Accounting and MBA.
