I was in dire need of an emergency person at 7:30 PM at night. I had a hardware issue that made my computer seem like it crashed and would not start up. I believe the gentleman’s name was. Jeff was so amazing He helped me over the phone and prompted what I should do and in 30 minutes my computer was all up and running without an issue. Although he did not ask for payment, I volunteered to pay him for an hour of his time because for me that was worth his weight in gold because I was not able to run any business practices for the last two days.. thank you so much for all the help

Steven did a terrific job setting up a new net system to amplify my horrible Xfinity signal. It was complicated because the prior owner left a lot of plugged in equipment without passwords and I wasn’t sure what to ditch and where to put the new links to optimize the signal. Steven and I talked prior to the visit and he sent me links to buy some hardware, then, after testing everything, he disconnected the old stuff and connected up the mesh system. He had to trouble shoot some spots, and knew exactly what to look for. Steven works hard, is very funny and friendly and smart. He also explains things well and gives options. What a great find!!! I look forward to hiring him again when we move over our computers and tvs to the new house. His pricing is very reasonable too! Highly recommended.
