We had water damage to our 1st floor bathroom ceiling from a leak on the 2nd floor. After getting a few estimates, we chose Total Restoration because they were the most thorough and offered very fair pricing.
Jared was professional, explained the process clearly, and quickly scheduled the repair once the leak was fixed. They arrived exactly when they said they would, restored the ceiling over 2 days, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. You'd never know there had been any damage.
The entire team was professional, friendly, and did excellent work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Total Restoration again and highly recommend them.

Excellent communication before the appointment, very professional, friendly and informative during, and I was thrilled with the results after! They cleaned the carpets in four bedrooms, two hallways and a staircase. They also made my dining room chairs look like new. I highly recommend Andy and the team!

As a first-time homeowner, I had no idea what I was getting myself into when a valve ruptured right under my bathtub on the third floor. Water was everywhere, and I honestly didn't know who to call or what to do next. My plumber referred me to Total Restoration, and that call changed everything.When they showed up, Mark, the project manager, didn't just get to work. He actually sat down with me and walked me through the whole process. As someone who had never dealt with anything like this before, that meant the world to me. He explained what each machine did, why the dehumidifiers were so important, and how they were going to try to save my hardwood floors. They brought in these massive industrial machines with tubes going everywhere. I won't lie, it looked a little crazy, but they knew exactly what they were doing.After I filed my insurance claim, Total Restoration worked directly with my adjuster, walked them through everything that was done, and got the work approved without me having to stress over the back and forth.Three months later, my kitchen and bathroom looked brand new. As a first-time homeowner who almost lost it all, I can't recommend Total Restoration enough. They didn't just fix my home. They saved it.
